We’re Francis and Elizabeth Duggan, the founders of Space Coast Co-Hosts. Our love for travel has taken us across the country, staying at countless Airbnb properties. From those experiences, we handpicked the best elements to create The Shark Tank Cocoa Beach, a space designed to offer our guests the ultimate comfort and charm.

Francis brings a unique edge to property management: as a licensed CPA and MBA, he applies financial strategy and tax optimization directly to each managed property through Fran the Tax Man — an advantage most management companies simply don’t offer. Space Coast Co-Hosts is also an Airbnb SuperHost with a 4.96 rating across its portfolio, proven at Shark Tank Cocoa Beach, the company’s own property.

Originally from Monmouth County, NJ, we’ve called the Space Coast home since 2020. With a passion for hospitality and design, we’ve turned our love for unique spaces into a way to help property owners create memorable stays for their guests.

Stayed for 1 night before boarding a cruise leaving from Port Canaveral. Clean comfortable, and convenient. We will most definitely stay here again.
